I have provided counselling in Montreal's long-term care network with older adults and their families, supporting groups and individual in times of relocation and age-related transitions.
In a university clinical setting I have offered group and 1-to-1 drama therapy as part of a clinical team to young adults struggling with anxiety and depression, often relating to academic pressure and social challenges.
As a sex educator I have facilitated workshops for adults on consent, intimacy, and safer sex practices.

I have been a guest lecturer at Concordia University on creativity for resilience to trauma, and I have presented art and performance-based research at conferences about embodied responses to stress.
